Professional Experience.

• 13 June, 2000. Project Manager in Telefónica Sistemas within the Voice Servers / CRM Department, starting with Call Centres software with CTI integration.

• 9 September, 1999. Technical person in charge of the design and development of applications of processing and fax management for Call Centres to Great Clients (CAC) of Telefónica working for Telefónica Sistemas. Management of its Windows NT Network and the departmental MS Exchange 5.5 mail server, as well as the database server MS SQL Server 7.0  from the Call Centres to Great Clients of Telefónica.

• 14 July, 1998. Software Engineer within CTI Solutions Department belonging to Telefónica Sistemas, developing applications of auto-answer (IVR-VRU) and telephone processing with Visual C++ and C++ Builder

• 13 October, 1997 to 13 July, 1998. Student in practice in Telefónica Sistemas within Intranet Applications Department exerting workings of network management with Windows NT, NT Servers, Web Servers and NetShow Servers. Person in charge of the management of the MS. Exchange 5.5 mail server.
